Music Video
Small Crimes is a satirical take on the beautiful mess of a band and their friendships falling apart. Written by Noah Sutton during the very real (and weirdly funny) breakup of his band, the track leans into the chaos with humour and heart. So, to mark the end of an era, we made a music video: part indie drama, part farewell letter to the mates who didn’t make it to the final chorus.

We filmed Small Crimes over two wild and wonderful days, staying at a tiny farmhouse in country NSW. With no running electricity, and the occasional gunshot echoing in the distance. It felt like Big Trouble in Small Town. The trip down was filled with car karaoke, and way too many snacks into the boot. We made so many fun memories creating this project sunset shoots, and laughing through the chaos. The entire experience felt like its own coming-of-age story.
